Our website is livena-kids.com. Livena designs and sells wooden learning towers for children.

Because Livena products are made from wood, natural differences in grain, colour, pattern, and texture may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue products at any time.

7. Product Use and Safety

Livena sells products intended for children, but our products must always be used under adult supervision.

By purchasing and using our products, you agree that:

  • The product must be assembled correctly according to the provided instructions.
  • The product must be checked before use.
  • Children must never use the product without adult supervision.
  • The product must only be used for its intended purpose.
  • The product must be placed on a stable, flat, dry surface.
  • The product must not be used if it is damaged, unstable, incorrectly assembled, or missing parts.
  • The product must be kept away from unsafe areas, open flames, sharp objects, hot surfaces, stairs, and other hazards.
  • The product must not be modified unless this is expressly approved by Livena in writing.

Failure to follow assembly instructions, safety instructions, supervision requirements, or intended-use guidelines may result in unsafe situations.

8. Orders

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email. This means we have received your order, but it does not always mean that the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • The product is unavailable
  • There is an error in price, product information, or availability
  • Payment is not completed or cannot be verified
  • We suspect fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity
  • Delivery to the provided address is not possible

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method where possible.

All prices shown on our website are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

Delivery costs, if applicable, will be shown before you complete your order.

We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted, unless there was an obvious error.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical, typing, or system error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment already made.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payment providers may apply their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by payment providers, unless required by applicable law.

An order will usually only be processed after payment has been successfully received or authorized.

11. Delivery

We aim to process and deliver orders within the estimated delivery times shown on our website or during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including delays caused by shipping partners, customs, incorrect delivery information, strikes, severe weather, technical issues, or force majeure events.

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping costs may be charged.

Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, receives the product.

12. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Products

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or with missing parts, please contact us at info@livena-kids.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, damage, or missing parts where relevant

We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution, such as replacement parts, repair, replacement, refund, or another reasonable solution, depending on the situation and your legal rights.

13. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period starts on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly within the withdrawal period. You can do this by contacting us at info@livena-kids.com.

From 19 June 2026, where legally required, we will also provide an easy online withdrawal function on our website.

You may use the model withdrawal form included at the end of these Terms of Service, but this is not required.

14. Return Conditions After Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the purchase, you must return the product to us within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

The product must be returned with all parts, accessories, instructions, and, where reasonably possible, in the original packaging.

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. If the product has been used more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, you may be responsible for any reduction in value.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless we have agreed otherwise or unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of return shipment.

15. Refunds After Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the purchase, we will refund the payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost of the original shipment where applicable.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional cost of that more expensive delivery method.

We may wait with the refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided proof that you have returned the product, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method where possible, unless agreed otherwise.

16. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products, including products that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

If a product is excluded from the right of withdrawal, this will be clearly stated before purchase where required by law.

This does not affect your legal rights if a product is faulty or does not conform to the contract.

17. Legal Guarantee and Conformity

Consumers are entitled to a legal guarantee under applicable consumer law.

This means that a product must be as described, fit for normal use, fit for any specific purpose made known to us and accepted by us, and have the quality and performance that a consumer may reasonably expect.

The legal guarantee does not cover damage caused by:

  • Lack of adult supervision
  • Normal wear and tear

  • Modifications not approved by Livena

  • External causes outside our control

18. Commercial Warranty

If we offer a separate commercial warranty, the terms of that warranty will be provided separately.

A commercial warranty is additional to your legal rights and does not limit or replace your statutory consumer rights.

We may offer promotions, discount codes, or special offers from time to time.

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, such as validity periods, product exclusions, minimum order values, or one-time use restrictions.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or correct the use of a discount code if it is used incorrectly, fraudulently, or contrary to the applicable promotion terms.

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

For business customers, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

For consumers, this limitation only applies to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer law.

If you purchase products as a business customer, additional or different rules may apply.

Business customers are responsible for checking whether products are suitable for their intended professional or commercial use.
